Three games were played that day with the CPA Hustlers bagging a 24-17 win against MOT-Full Force. The Hustlers earned control in the opening inning as they filled the bases with consistent hits. Full Force’s defensive errors didn’t help the team. After five innings of action, the Hustlers had already scored 24 runs.

The Full Force players slowly worked their way back up, closing the gap to just seven points but they fell short at the bottom of the 6th inning with no runs earned. The Hustlers won, 24-17.

Against the DPW-Grounders, Pacific Rim-PacRim triumphed by just two points, 14-12.

Both teams exchanged lead with several successful plays along with errors. However, in the end it was PacRim that kept the fuel burning, scoring the two runs needed to edge the Grounders.

The last game of the day was won by Cruz Family-Udan which silenced the DFEMS-Taotao Gufi with great offense and defense to end the game via the 10-run rule.

The league would like to thank its sponsors: the Tinian Athletics Sports Association, Marpac CNMI, the Tinian Mayor’s Office, and the Tinian & Aguiguan Legislative Delegation.
