The committee chairman, Rep. Joel Camacho, said the public hearing will discuss Gov. Ralph DLG Torres’ reappointment of Joe Ayuyu, Jr. and the appointments of Kevin Deleon Guerrero, Perry Inos Jr., Lee Dong Kyu, and Juan Wabol to serve as members of the Commonwealth Zoning Board.

Witnesses were encouraged by the committee to submit written testimony prior to the public hearing. Oral testimony may also be received during the hearing.

Members of the general public can also present testimonies at the public hearing, which will start at 10 a.m.

The committee will also discuss House Local Bill 21-35, which would establish a special improvement district in the Third Senatorial District. Rep. Ivan Blanco introduced the measure.
