There was no Battle of Rota

I JUST want to let you know that there was no battle on the island of Rota during the American invasion of Saipan, Tinian, and Guam. There was no military interest for Rota from both the Japanese and the Americans.

This letter is written to correct the message which was posted in front of the state library about the removal of war ordnance from Rota where there is none.
