(PSS) — Kagman High School bade farewell to 117 seniors Wednesday, May 26, in a drive-thru graduation ceremony on campus.

As each member of the Ayuyu Class of 2021  made their entrance to receive their diplomas, residents cheered on and applauded them. Community members set up canopies and barbecue pits on the side of the road, and played lively music to celebrate the graduating students.

KHS principal Ben Jones emceed the ceremony with assistance from the rest of the Kagman High School family.

This year’s KHS valedictorian is Cindy Marie Balatayo Indalecio who also received the Board of Education Award from BOE Chairman Andrew Orsini,  BOE members Antonio Borja, Maisie B. Tenorio and Gregory Borja.

The salutatorian is Seiji Maga'lahi Suzuki Gonzales who received the Commissioner of Education Award from Education Commissioner Dr. Alfred B. Ada.

The rest of the top 10 graduates are (3) Maria Jessica Castro Cruz; (4) Kiana Mae Agulto Camacho; (5) Stephenny Patrice Camacho Pangelinan; (6) David Ezekiel Rajendra Kaipat Igisomar; (7) Jordan Christianna Camacho Towai; (8) Anisa Jasma Cruz Villagomez; (9) Angel Chungi Wanphen Santos; and (10) Gloria-Niah Ilisari Deleon Guerrero.

The other award recipients are Kiana Mae A. Camacho (Outstanding Female Graduate and Lt. Governor’s Award), Froilan Gregory Camacho (Governor’s Award), Johnson Tekau Aderuwangel Sebuu (Principal’s Leadership Award), Seiji Maga'lahi S. Gonzales (PTSA Award), Tessa Jo A. Sablan (Mayor’s Award), Norbert Eugene Vi. Diaz Jr. (Ayuyu Spirit Award), Maria Dolores C. Rasa and Jenisha Jo T. Dubrall (Female Athletes of the Year), and Noah Peter F. Mesa and Francisco Kumuch (Male Athletes of the Year).
