When a Lions Club offers help at Christmas, it will most likely be in the form of presents for children of all ages, races, backgrounds and income-levels. Any child in need should be able to get help, and Lions Club members will try to make it happen. On Tuesday, the Saipan Unity Lions Club, with the collaboration of the Saipan Teen Unity Leo Club, donated teddy bears for the pediatric patients of the Commonwealth Healthcare Corp. Special thanks to CHCC spokesman Lee Tenorio, medical director Dr. John Tudela, controller Perlita Santos, and logistics staff member Carmen Lizama for accommodating the Lions and the Leos. The distribution was led by officers of the Saipan Unity Lions Club: president Alicia Barbo and first vice district governor Atoy Banting as well as Saipan Teen Unity Leo Club president Leo Vicky Ancheta and other officers. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
