The program requires that applicants meet income guidelines for the household as well as approved activities, which include, working, in a job-related training, or participating in education.

Due to the current situation with Covid-19, the following priorities for this application will be implemented: front liners, such as law enforcement, public safety officers, and emergency medical services, assigned to Covid-19 activities with direct contact of individuals and essential workers, such as, retail cashiers, gas attendants, sanitation workers, bank tellers, child care teachers, and caregivers.
