From the Governor’s Council of Economic Advisers, Si Yu’us Ma’åse and Ghilisow to Mayor Apatang, Ms. Joann Aquino, and the Saipan Mayor’s Office staff for leading the Public Private Partnership’s Adopt-A-Median activities last October 16! In one morning, two heavily used intersections on Saipan were refreshed for the safety of our motorists and pedestrians. Together with Shirley’s Coffee Shop and the Shirley’s Football Club, they cleaned and repainted the medians at Garapan Middle Road that run along the intersection by JG Sablan Ice & Water all the way to the intersection by the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation and the American Memorial Park Tennis Court. Simultaneously, the mayor’s crewmembers were also at the Beach Road and Quartermaster intersection cleaning and painting the median, barrier, and curbs.
