THE Rotaract Rumble Vol. 1 Tournament, hosted by the Rotaract Club of Saipan in collaboration with the Northern Marianas E-sports Federation, takes place on Saturday, March 22.

The tournament, which features Super Smash Bros Ultimate and Tekken 8, will take place at Marv’s Kitchen, on the second floor of Saipan Vegas in Chalan Laulau.
The tournament entry fee is $10 per event and doors open at 4 p.m.
The Tekken 8 matches are double elimination with “tournament mode” default settings. A player’s first game stage will be selected randomly. Game winners must continue playing with their selected character. Game losers may elect to switch stages and keep their character or switch character but agree to a random stage in the next round.
For Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, the format is one-on-one, best of three, double elimination. Losers’ semi-finals, winners’ semi-finals, and the grand finals will be best-of-five game play. Legal stages are Battlefield, Small Battlefield, Final Destination, Yoshi’s Story, Pokemon Stadium 2, Smashville, Kalos Pokemon League, Town & City, and Hollow Bastion.
The deadline to register is March 22 at 4 p.m.
