I HAD just been admitted as a member of a very new online Facebook group known as  “The Catholic Gospel's Online Catholic Information.”

This organization started just last week, and I am the 26th member.  It is very focused on our Catholic Gospel of Jesus Christ.  I invite our elected officials of the Mariana Islands to join the group so they, too, can get useful and truthful information about the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

For example: the Eucharist of the Sunday Mass has been celebrated by devotees for over 2,000 years now.  It is the greatest way to see what Jesus Christ is all about, and why He is our Savior and Salvation. We can pray in simple ways, and the Mass is one way we can pray  in the name of the Father and the Son and of the Holy Spirit.  Amen.

“Heavenly Father, thank you for this day and please forgive me for the times when I have wandered outside Your Will for me instead of trusting You.

“Thank you for being  a gracious Shepherd to me. You will rescue me when I lose my way and stray from the path that You have laid out for me.

“As I look back, I know Lord that there were things that I should have said and done differently, and times when I reacted in a manner that was not honoring Your holy name.  Forgive me, I pray, and thank you, Father, for gently bringing me back to Yourself.

“Give me a good night's sleep I pray, knowing that I am with Christ, and may I wake up in the morning refreshed and ready to do Your Will.  In Jesus's name I pray.”

Praying to God is always the right idea, and it will help us find what is good and best for all of us.
