“TRUMPISM & Toressism” seem to have the same political strategy when it comes to “admitting the truth and letting it be told” with the implementation of “lies, deflecting, gaslighting and sabotaging the checks & balances and the legal process meant to hold them accountable. These guys are good and when they have LOYAL emissaries, they are even more dangerous to “the truth accountability and Justice” which is a true reflection of the RICO Investigation that is STILL on-going. So don’t worry, as the Feds often wait for Local & State Proceeding to be finalized before making their move.

The JGO Committee is definitely “stoking the fire under the governor” that he started under himself with all kinds of factual PROOF of his unethical and even criminal behavior. Now that we are getting near the end and closer to the Governor, he uses HIS lawyer that WE are paying for to tell us he objects to subpoena and invokes “testimonial immunity” in an attempt to block the Governor’s Executive Assistant from testifying. But the kicker is the Governor’s assistant has another lawyer which tells me two things: 1. The Governor is now throwing up stumbling blocks to prevent justice from prevailing. 2. The Governor is the BIGGEST LIAR in the CNMI given he is our top Executive, as he PROMISED the People, he has nothing to hide and would explain everything and now he’s doing all he can to keep the truth from coming out and we’re paying for it all — DUH and HELLER Voters please “wake-up and get fired-up” for an Impeachment. Maybe this will help readers understand why these Op-eds are entitled “Truth & Consequences” because we are chasing the truth and definitely reaping all the consequences of paying to PROTECT our ALLEGED corrupt Governor.

Rep. Babauta is on top-of-her-game and KUDOS to her and the entire Committee because she clearly explained on KANDIT the Committee is ready to accommodate anything that might be “legally privileged” so we will see. But regardless, Rep. Babauta clearly stated the Committee has more than enough to present a provable case against the Governor for impeachment. I just hope our JGO will be as tough as the January 6 Congressional Committee who has PROMISED they will prosecute anyone refusing to testify. His Executive Assistant can’t plead the “5th” to protect the Governor as that law can only apply to her. But I will remind readers again that WE might end up seeing the Governor plead the 5th and giving us a “sad song & dance story” about following the advice of his attorney — don’t be surprised.

The Governor’s attorney Garber is saying: "The U.S. Department of Justice, pursuant to the Constitution's separation and balance of powers principles, senior aides to the president have complete immunity from congressional subpoenas." I guess he thinks WE the People out here don’t see and know about how people in the positions he referred to are NOW being subpoenaed by the U.S. Congress in relationship to then President Trump’s “lying, deflecting, and sabotaging a Congressional Investigation to conceal his role in the January 6 Insurrection.” And guess what, these people are going to JAIL if they don’t show up and testify and the same should happen here in the CNMI. I could go on and on about how this Governor has lied, deflected, gaslighted and now sabotaging the checks & balances and legal process meant to hold him accountable. But I’m sure most voters with common sense can see the JGO is on fire as they are fired-up with the proof to get rid of this Governor.  So, get FIRED-Up to VOTE Democrat because the Governor is not the only one who needs to go as he got away with his alleged crimes because his CREW in the Legislature and the Lt. Governor “turned a blind-eye” being LOYAL to the Governor, not YOU!  To be continued: One people One Direction.
