
McDonald’s of Saipan proudly announces the achievements of its dedicated crew members from the two restaurants for the 2nd Quarter. The “Crew of the Quarter” has been awarded to Jaydee Jose from the Garapan restaurant and Koreen Aldan from the Chalan Lau Lau restaurant. These exceptional crew members reflect the essence of McDonald’s commitment to maintaining high standards of service and quality.
Expressing his gratitude, Jaydee humbly said, “I never expected to be chosen as the Crew of the 2nd Quarter, but I’m really thankful to all the managers for noticing how hard I’ve been working. My motivation at work comes from wanting to challenge myself to be faster and more accurate with orders. It helps me stay in the right mindset as soon as I clock in. I’ve also learned to keep my station clean and tidy, and I’ve gotten better at moving quickly compared to other tasks. Thank you again to my managers at McDonald’s Garapan and to the company.”

What keeps me going is knowing I can give customers quality service and maintain a clean restaurant and seeing happy customers drives me to keep improving every single day.
