Under the leadership of Federal Programs Officer Jacqueline P. Che (pictured right), the Public School System submitted its first application for the Student, Teachers, and Officers Preventing (STOP) School Violence Program Grant to the U.S. Department of Justice through the Justice Grants System (JUSTGrants).
The application team included Emergency Operations Manager Anthony Frank (not in photo) from the Office of Associate Commissioner for Administrative Services, Eric Magofña; Peter Arriola, State Program Officer/Director of Grants Management and Compliance (pictured left); and Melisha San Nicolas, State Program Officer/Director of Equitable Services to Private Non-Public Schools (not pictured).
