Bank Guam Holding Company announces share repurchase program

HAGÅTÑA, Guam — BankGuam Holding Company announced  Monday that its board of directors  approved  a share  repurchase program  pursuant  to  which  the  company  may  repurchase  up  to  $500,000  of  its outstanding common stock.

Under the repurchase program, the company may purchase shares of its common stock through   open   market   transactions, block   purchases, and   privately   negotiated transactions. The timing and amount of any repurchases under the program will be determined by the company based on a variety of factors, including the market price of its common stock, corporate considerations, general market and economic conditions, and legal requirements. The repurchase program does not have a set expiration date, obligate the company to acquire any particular amount of common stock, and may be modified, discontinued or suspended at any time or from time to time in the company’s discretion. The company anticipates funding for this program to come from available corporate funds.
