2024 Friends of Business Summit: CyberTech Edition to feature 20 vendors

(CNMI SBDC Network) — The CNMI Small Business Development Center Network will host the 2024 Friends of Business Summit: CyberTech Edition today, Thursday, April 4, at the Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

One of the cybertech summit’s key highlights is the showcasing of a mix of 20 private and public sector exhibitors from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hibiscus Hall. The trade show will be open to the general public, and will not require prior registration.

“The 2024 Friends of Business Summit was designed to elevate our local small businesses who are in the business of advancing the Commonwealth into the digital era. Today, we are ecstatic to be featuring some of the CNMI’s brightest key players in the tech industry,” said Nadine C. Deleon Guerrero, CNMI Small Business Development Center Network director.

The trade show will be a central part of the summit, featuring tech businesses showcasing their cutting-edge products and services, providing a unique opportunity for the community to interact directly with tech innovators and explore firsthand solutions that will be made available to them and how best they can be implemented to support business needs.

Some of the raffle prizes the SBDC looks forward to awarding its lucky attendees include a Samsung Galaxy S23 from Docomo, an iPhone SE from IT&E, an Apple Airpods Pro set from Turnkey Solutions, 2 Kasa EC70 Wireless Pan/Tilt Indoor with 64GB memory card cameras from Saipan Computer, a LogiTech Keyboard and Mouse Set from Angil Designs, a 32” Sound Bar with Bluetooth from the Commonwealth Bureau of Military Affairs, and so many other prizes thanks to the generous donations of our participating exhibitors.

Registration for the events taking place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. are completely closed. The trade show, however, taking place from the 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. is open to the general public. Come and join the many CNMI government agencies and other small business entrepreneurs for networking opportunities, raffle prizes and entertainment!
