Set for Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. with free entrance and free chasers, Mardi Gras at the Beach is a fundraiser for the nonprofit group’s annual Live Your Dream Awards, aimed to give scholarships to female students needing the assistance to reach their life and career goals.
A male and female Mardi Gras costume contest and Heineken and Cruzan drink specials are the added attractions for the event.
“We wanted to do something fun and bring back the Mardi Gras celebration for everyone to enjoy. We would like to thank Godfather’s Beach Bar for the support and partnership and our other sponsors as well,” said Soroptimist NMI president Donna Krum.
Heineken, Cruzan, D&Q International, Pacific Islands Club, Fiesta Resort, Aqua Resort Club, Hyatt Regency Saipan, Plumeria Events, Natural Nail Salon, Marianas Variety, 360 Restaurant and Godfather’s Beach House Bar round up the event’s sponsors.
