THROUGH AP Group’s investment partnership in Vista Homes Partners and operations under AP Realty, Vista Homes is being developed with the valued support and investment of First Hawaiian Bank and Hunt Capital Partners to help meet the CNMI’s critical need for high-quality, affordable housing — while also driving job creation, technology integration, and sustainable energy use.
Located in the heart of Saipan, on Flame Tree Road in As Lito across from the airport football field, Vista Homes will feature 45 duplex townhome units, including nine ADA-accessible homes, with construction currently underway. Each residence will offer three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, combining thoughtful design, sustainability, and family-centered living.
“This project reflects our commitment to building resilient communities and investing in the long-term well-being of the Marianas,” said Perry Inos, executive managing director and partner of AP Group. “Vista Homes is about creating opportunity — through housing, through employment, and through economic stability.”
Key features of the development include:
• Off-grid solar energy systems with battery backup
• Typhoon-rated construction including impact windows and storm shutters
• Semi-furnished interiors with modern appliances
• CCTV neighborhood watch system and secured garage parking
• Water tanks, inverter AC units, and a landscaped BBQ common area
• Gated community subdivision design
The project is also supported by AP Group’s affiliated companies —AP Solutions, which provides technology and digital transformation services to streamline operations and resident engagement, and AP Energy, which supplies renewable energy systems, including the off-grid solar infrastructure that powers Vista Homes. Together, these divisions contribute to a smarter, more sustainable living environment for residents.
The construction contract for Vista Homes was awarded to Hong Ye Construction, a professional and experienced construction firm with a strong track record of delivering high-quality developments in the CNMI. Their involvement ensures that the project is built to the highest standards of safety, durability, and craftsmanship.
Units are anticipated to become available for rent by the fourth quarter of 2025, with full project completion scheduled for March 2026.
Beyond addressing critical housing needs, the project will support local employment throughout construction and create ongoing opportunities in property management and community services — reflecting AP Group’s continued focus on locally driven growth.
